The Research Symposium celebrates and acknowledges the research activities happening under the blue peaks. This event will highlight innovative research studies that have been conducted across the Cook Children’s Health Care System by various investigators. These studies have influenced clinical practices, improved quality initiatives, and have contributed immensely to the scientific community.
Overall conference objectives
- Recognize multidisciplinary achievements in research, evidence-based practice and quality improvement.
- Identify the importance of inter-professional collaboration and communication amongst the healthcare team to improve patient care.
- Introduce research to clinical areas or specialties that are not currently engaged including clinical/educational initiatives and community outreach programs at Cook Children’s Health Care System.
