Industrial Scale Microbiome Mining, Collaborative Innovations Part 1/3

At 1:00 pm ET on February 7, Session 1/3 – Biosortia will be presenting with participant interactions for collaborating ideation related to access to the hidden deep matter of microbiomes. The focus of session one is on the evolution and background as to why cellular signaling in microbiomes is the holy grail of access to the hidden dark matter (HDM) in biology.

How Industrial Scale Microbiome Mining is a breakthrough technology to access HDM for the resident and ultimately inspirational ​derivative molecules at scale for screening, starting points, and dataset populating.

The first session will focus on the ideation of potential solutions in the chemical discovery space of Materials, Defense, and Energy.  Imagine novel enzymes for material construction or deconstruction, a host of new biobased sensors for wide-ranging warfighters’ protection, and direct access to the chemical optimization of photosynthesis for energy and hydrogen at scale.

The ultimate vision is that Industrial Scale Microbiome Mining will energize the indirect discovery and enable technologies for rapid and efficient advances in therapeutics, agrochemicals, sustainability, advanced energy, cosmetics, and more. Building the best datasets for ml & ai with access to hundreds of thousands of natural microbiome proteins, peptides, lipids, and small molecules that Nature has preoptimized.

This is one of three.
• Session 2 is focused on Therapeutics, Health, and Nutrition.
• Session 3 is focused on Sustainability, Environment, and Agriculture.
